in SME. They are often concepts developed and run by big companies, because of
investments (material, human, and technological) required.The
searches for, competitive, technological, normative or environmental information,
are very often neglected.
The SME do not always get their own research department.
Environmental regulation looks dense and complexe.
Environment is frequently seen as source of supplementary pecuniary, human and
technological constraints, than as source of opportunities to develop new products.
